Order Process
Add any listed items currently in Pre-order to your cart. After completing all steps in the cart, you will receive a confirmation of your order. Once payment is processed, you'll receive confirmation of your payment as well. From that moment on, you can relax—your exclusive game is reserved just for you! 😊
If a new pledge becomes available during the campaign and you'd like to switch to it, let us know. In most cases, we’ll add the pledge to our offer and adjust your order accordingly. You’ll only need to pay the price difference. If, for some reason, we don’t include the product, you can always request a refund—no questions asked.
Estimated Delivery of Pre-orders
For each product, we provide the currently estimated delivery date. Delivery of games from crowdfunding campaigns usually takes 6–12 months, though it can sometimes take longer. Delays often occur due to administrative or logistical reasons—ranging from development and production to distribution of the game. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on any news or updates from the supplier.
Shipping to you
