Changed your mind about a pre-order? Tell us, and we refund it. No delays, no questions, no talking you out of it — at any point before your game ships.

We take the campaign on ourselves
Backing a campaign yourself means foreign currency, VAT, pledge managers, deadlines, and a long wait with your money already gone. We take all of that on instead. You get one price in euros and a shop that behaves like a shop.

One fixed price
The price you see is the price you pay — shipping, VAT and customs included. If a publisher raises costs after the campaign closes, that is our problem, not yours.

Pre-order gets you the lowest price and the full campaign content, but you wait. Stock gets you the game in a few days at the standard price — though not every game reaches our shelves.

From order to doorstep

Place your order
Add any pre-order or in-stock item to your cart and complete the checkout. A confirmation e-mail follows straight away.

Pay and relax
Once the payment clears we confirm it in writing. From that moment your copy is reserved in your name.

We keep you posted
Every product page carries our current delivery estimate. When the publisher tells us something new, we pass it on.

Your game ships
We pack your copy the moment it reaches us and send it by the method you chose. Carriers and prices.
Why pre-orders take a while
Development, production and shipping across half the world all move at their own pace, and delays are part of the format. What we promise is that you are never left guessing: you hear from us whenever there is news — and if the wait stops being worth it, ask us for a No Excuse Refund.

Mixing pre-order and stock
An order containing a pre-order ships complete. If you want the in-stock item sooner, order it separately.
A gift with your order
Spend EUR 200 or more on games and accessories and we add an extra game to the parcel as a gift.
