Our vision is to provide our customers with top-notch service. And No Excuse Refund is our flagship service designed to enhance our customer care. We will not ask why you changed your mind about your pre-order, nor will we try to contact you and persuade you to change your mind. Once you submit a refund request (simply send us an email) for your pre-order, we will start processing it immediately and in full without any penalties or fees. Simply put - we will refund full amount.
It does not apply to stock items, but specifically to pre-orders.
No Excuse Refund is guaranteed until we have confirmed with publisher that the game is on its way to us. This ensures that you will receive it as soon as possible. After that, we oblige all lawful clauses for customer protection, i.e. you have the option to return the goods undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of their delivery.
Exclusive content
The number of crowdfunding campaigns for board games is astonishing today. As a result, it's easy to discover a board game only after its campaign has ended, missing out on exclusive content. On the other hand, not all campaigns are worth your attention.
We strive to find the most interesting campaigns and bring them to you. You can always email us to inquire about specific games or accessories. You can count on us to do our best to meet your needs and offer you the products you're looking for.

For orders over 2,500 CZK / 100 EUR, shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free.
Locked prices
Once the campaign is over and game production is in full swing, it may happen that the publisher announces an increase in production or shipping costs, or even both. In such a case, they may request an additional payment to complete and deliver the game. This situation is unpleasant for all parties involved and does occur from time to time.
With us, you can rest assured that we will never request any additional payments. We take that risk entirely upon ourselves, and the price you pay for pre-orders is final. In exceptional cases, it may happen that the supplier requests an unreasonably high additional payment, and we may decide not to cover it. In such a case - which is very rare - you will automatically receive a refund in full. Simply put - you won't lose your invested money with us.
